Wraparound Corrugate Packaging Machines
Wraparound Case Packer Process

This video shows the Wrap Around Case Packing process of Polypack's WR series machines. Unlike traditional RSC cases that are folded and glued, Wrap Around case packers use a completely flat die-cut blank. The first folds are executed as the blank is loaded into the bucket conveyor. After the product is loaded into the blank, the side tabs are folded in, and a top flap is folded and glued against the back side of the case. The side flaps from the top side of the case are then glued and folded down, completing the process. This process eliminates the need for expensive pre-folded and glued RSC cases.

Other Polypack Equipment

Polypack's primary product line is shrink bundling equipment. In many applications, a shrink bundler will be upstream from the wrap around case packer. Polypack offers a wide assortment of sleeve wrap (bullseye) and total closure shrink bundlers, to include print registration wrappers.
